Our Respite Care enables caregivers and families temporary relief from their responsibilities. Caring for someone  with special needs or chronic or terminal illnesses can be exhausting.

Our End-of-Life Care supports people in their last months or years of their life. We help you to live as well as possible. We take your wishes and preferences into account until your last breath.

Our Supported Living enables people living with disability to live in their own home using person-centred principles. Flexible and appropriate arrangements are made to address a person’s changing needs; quality of life, and participation and inclusion.

Our Lifestyle Management or personal assistant service will allow you to take control of your life by creatively assisting you in the routine daily tasks. Vybrant Care PAs are proactive, hands-on and trained to support you, enhancing the quality of your lifestyle.

Our Companionship service is less focused on personal hygiene and more focused on reducing loneliness and the impact of social isolation. Vybrant Care staff are there to chat, sip a cuppa with you and get out and about. Don't feel alone, we keep you company!
