About Our Registered Manager
Jean Sigauke is a dedicated General Nurse driven by a passion to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. With over 20 years of experience at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Sheffield Health and Social Care, Jean has honed her expertise in general medicine, palliative care, and community-based support for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities. In her most recent role as a Registered General Nurse, she focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care, which she continues to champion at Vybrant Care Services. Jean’s leadership fosters a supportive, compassionate environment where her team is empowered to deliver person-centered care that respects and promotes each individual’s independence and well-being.
