Our supported housing houses young adults from age 18 years to 25 years and older adults who need a certain level of support to help them make the transition to independent living. We have well organised transitioning protocols and programmes that have measurable benefits for the individuals we support.

Our Inpendent Living Spaces
Our living spaces are tailored to enhance independence in young and older adults. Spaces are welcoming and nurturing, offering well needed privacy for individuals to achieve their potential, despite challenges. Our homes are well maintained, quality assured and well equipped. Every individual has a key to the front door and they also have a lockable, double bedroom.
Out of hours, we provide local, 24/7 ‘on-call’ emergency response services staffed by managers. Our teams can respond quickly to the service needs and are very experienced in working closely with Emergency Duty Teams.
Stop Over Bed
Our Stop Over Bed hosts young and older adults for a maximum of three nights giving the referring agency the opportunity to find suitable long-term accommodation, or can provide time and space to enable families to resolve their difficulties if that is the reason the young person left home. This service offers young people a place of safety as we believe that no one should sleep in an unsafe place.

We help individuals with the skills, training and confidence they need to ensure they are able to manage their finances responsibly. We believe that everyone should evolve feeling confident that they have not just the skills and knowledge, but also the attitudes and behaviours they need to make the most of their money throughout their lives.

Everyone should have the opportunity to access full-time education, college or training. We liase with education or training providers to make provision for young and older adults to return into education. By assisting the young adult to return to school, they have another opportunity to develop on their social skills and making new friends.

Knowing how to procure food or cook food is one of the primary life skills for every adult. Personal grooming is important to stay healthy and have a good social or romantic life, with cleanliness being one of the tenets of hygiene. Our support will provide guidance of meeting all aspects of good personal-hygiene and encouraging a good envronment that one can thrive in.

We offer the opportunity for people who are disengaged with mainstream education to develop new skills in an alternative setting. Through counselling and coaching, individuals are guided to reach their ultimate goals. Our life coach will help individuals in different areas of their life. But because each human being is different, so will their goals.

We take positive action supporting every adult to overcome their limiting factors of inclusion and enable individuals and communities to participate fully in society. We empower them, and allow them to express their opinions without fear of retribution. Additionally, we encourage the young adults to participate in social or cultural events.

Today, people are finding it increasingly difficult to enter the workforce, let alone thrive within it. Our support will provide strategic plans through workshops to support with getting the jobs and opportunities. We will liaise with local partners e.g. employers, Jobcentre Plus, community sector organisations and youth offending teams.
